When I arrived, I was given a room with two queen beds instead of the king I booked, which was incredibly frustrating. The room had a musty smell that lingered and definitely did not feel welcoming. To make matters worse, the customer service was appalling. they completely disregarded my concerns and pointed fingers at Expedia instead of resolving the issue directly.

I nearly left a good review, but with such poor food and room quality, that's just not possible. I woudl ve liked a better experience for the price I paid.
